Philip Garrow has been representing injured and disabled workers in Central Oregon since 1983. Phil is a native Oregonian and moved to Bend upon graduating from the University of Oregon law school in 1983. Prior to law school Phil worked a number of different jobs including several years in the building trades. Phil spent two years in the United States Army, assigned to work in a hospital laboratory where he first became interested in understanding how injuries and diseases affect people’s lives and livelihoods. Phil worked to put himself through undergraduate and law school programs and appreciates the opportunity to help injured and disabled persons receive compensation and return to work.

Phil is a member in good standing of the Oregon State Bar (OSB), the Oregon Workers' Compensation Attorneys Association (OWCA), the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association (OTLA), the American Bar Association (ABA), and National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives. He is a former chairperson of the OSB Workers’ Compensation Section and has served on various committees OSB Committees over the years. He and his wife have three children and three grandchildren.

Kaylee Morgan, legal assistant and Spanish interpreter/translator, has dedicated her expertise to the workers' compensation field since 2012, primarily serving as a professional medical and legal interpreter. Joining forces with Philip Garrow in 2019, she solidified her role as an integral part of the team. Beyond her role as a vital link for our Spanish-speaking clients, she actively works through the intricate processes of workers' compensation claim handling. She is able to guide clients through the maze of claim processing, ensuring they are well-informed at every step. Additionally, she plays a crucial role in gathering essential information for our office's operations.
